Dave Coffin has close to 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach. He received his Exercise Physiology degree from the University of Massachusetts and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a Certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. A lifelong athlete, Dave grew up playing baseball, football and wrestling. Dave has extensive experience designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for high school and college level athletes as well as general fitness enthusiasts. Nick Vasiliadis, CSCS, CPT
With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and strength coach, Nick has helped dozens of clients of varying ages and backgrounds improve their health and build strength and athleticism. An avid soccer player, Nick continues to play amateur soccer and coach at the youth level, and encourages his players and clients to take a lifelong interest in their own health and wellness beyond team sports. His goal is to help all of his clients achieve their goals and push their limits through intelligently designed individualized programming and coaching. Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Sharon has over 20 years of experience in the fitness world, first as a student in the late 80s and then moving to be an instructor, coach and mentor in the early 90s. She studied biology and received her Master’s of Science degree in Biology from New York University. Sharon is an ACE certified personal trainer, a TRX Team coach, Madd Dog Athletic Star 2 Spinning instructor, and a Level II StrongFirst Hardstyle Kettlebell instructor; she has also studied movement and has completed level 1 workshops in Original Strength and Ground Force Method (formerly Primal Move). In addition to being passionate about fitness, Sharon is also passionate about food. She attended the Professional Chef program Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and has certifications as a Personal Fitness Chef and Children’s Nutrition Specialist. She ran a successful personal chef business for almost 5 years called Thyme to Cook. Sharon is dedicated to helping her clients move better, get stronger and feel better.
